Terms of Use
Last updated: August 12, 2026These Terms govern your use of TBot: the tbot.run website, the panel at panel.tbot.run, and the voice servers we host. By creating an account or buying a plan, you agree to everything written here.
Read them alongside the Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your personal data.
1. What you are buying
TBot provides, on subscription, a hosted voice server dedicated to you, delivered and administered through a web panel. The plan sets the number of simultaneous positions (slots) and the region the server runs in.
What you are buying is the hosting and operation of that server. We do not supply the client program you connect with, we are not responsible for the content of conversations on your server, and we do not moderate your community.
2. Third-party software and absence of affiliation
The servers we host run TeaSpeak, third-party software compatible with TeamSpeak 3 clients. We did not write it and do not control its development. Faults, limitations or its discontinuation may affect the service; if that happens we will do what we can to work around it or migrate.
3. Who may buy
Only individuals aged 18 or over with full legal capacity may buy the service. By buying, you represent that you meet those requirements.
People under 18 may use a voice server hosted by TBot, but the account, the subscription and responsibility for the server must belong to an adult. If we find that a subscription was bought by a minor, we may terminate it.
4. Your account and credentials
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done with your account.
- Your voice server's administrative credentials are shown once, at delivery. They are not stored in recoverable form β if you lose them we can issue new ones, but not retrieve the old.
- Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- An account belongs to one person. Sharing panel access is at your own risk.
5. Price, billing and renewal
- Prices are stated in Brazilian reais (BRL) and shown at the point of purchase.
- Payment is by card, processed by Stripe. We neither receive nor store your card number.
- The subscription is recurring and renews automatically at the end of each cycle, on the same payment method, until you cancel.
- The cycle begins when payment is confirmed, and the service is released after provisioning completes.
We may change prices. A change never applies to a cycle already paid for: we will give at least 30 days' notice by email, and the new price takes effect at the following renewal. If you do not agree, you can cancel before then.
6. Refunds
When you cancel you keep the service until the end of the cycle you have paid for; what stops is the next renewal. This is TBot's commercial policy and it does not displace the rights Brazilian consumer law grants you and which cannot be waived by contract.
If the server you bought is never delivered because we failed, or becomes unavailable for a reason attributable to us, write to admin@tbot.run: we handle those case by case, and the rule above is not used as a shield.
7. Missed payment
If a charge fails and is not settled, the service follows a fixed and announced ladder:
- We retry the charge and notify you by email.
- On day 14 of non-payment, the server is suspended. It stops accepting connections, but the data still exists and settling the balance brings it back.
- On day 28, the subscription is terminated and the server is destroyed along with its data and configuration. From that point it cannot be restored, and buying again starts from scratch.
- The subdomain reserved for your server is released on termination and may be taken by someone else.
8. Cancelling
You can cancel whenever you like, from the panel, without talking to anyone and without a penalty. The server stays available until the end of the cycle already paid for and then follows the same retention window described above: suspension, and later permanent destruction of the data.
9. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to:
- Carry out anything unlawful, or anything that infringes the rights of others.
- Distribute malware, child sexual abuse material, or anything whose possession or distribution is a criminal offence.
- Harass, threaten or incite violence against people or groups.
- Send spam, or use the server as bulk-sending infrastructure.
- Attack third parties, take part in denial-of-service attacks, scan other people's networks, or run command-and-control servers.
- Circumvent the limits of your plan, obtain administrative access to the host machine, or interfere with other customers' servers.
- Resell, sublet or transfer the server to a third party without our written permission.
We do not monitor the content of conversations on the servers. We act on a report, on a court order, or on technical evidence of abuse detected in the infrastructure.
10. Suspension and termination by us
We may suspend or terminate a server β with prior notice wherever possible, and without it where there is imminent risk to the infrastructure or to third parties β for breach of the previous section, on legal or judicial order, and for non-payment in the manner already described.
Termination for serious breach does not give rise to a refund. If you believe the measure was wrong, write to admin@tbot.run β we will review it.
11. Availability
We work to keep the service continuously available, but at this stage we offer no contractual availability guarantee (SLA) and no automatic credit for downtime. Planned maintenance is announced in advance wherever possible.
The service depends on third-party infrastructure and on the public internet. Interruptions caused by your own connection, by the client software, or by events beyond reasonable control are outside ours.
12. Backups and your server's content
The plan does not include backups of the content, channels or permissions configured on your voice server. If that configuration matters to your guild, keep your own record of it.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and save for wilful misconduct, gross negligence and consumer rights that cannot be waived, our liability for any loss arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event.
We are not liable for content produced by the users of your server, nor for indirect losses such as a missed opportunity inside a game.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms. The date at the top of the page marks the version in force. Material changes are notified by email at least 30 days in advance, and you may cancel before they take effect if you disagree. Continuing to use the service after that means accepting them.
15. Governing law, language and contact
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of the consumer's domicile are the agreed forum for disputes arising from them.
This document is published in Portuguese and in English. The Portuguese version is the authentic one; where the two diverge, the Portuguese text prevails.
